This in Business is possibly the greatest analysis known to business people around the world. 80% of your business comes from 20 % of your customers. One of the best who use this rule are service industries and as you know customers are kings for businesses. But in reality only one in five of them are very important than others but you still need a balance .

If you want to see how effective this rule is check how celebs are treated when they out when they are swamped with photographers. You probably see that maybe there are a few celebs in the area and those celebs probably account for the revenue which comes in with people wanting to see them. If the celeb population is around 20 % and employees around store restaurants and people who come and visit its become that 20% of people affect 80% peoples lives in the area.

One of the best books that I have ever read in my life and one in which you should be doing if you are not doing so is what they don't teach you at Harvard Business School. If you are in Sales you need to read this book. If you want to progress in life in business sense you should buy this book. Its so simple yet even maybe educated people around the world who have read it will tell you its money well spent.

New Year New Habits.

I hope that there is a lot of change in the coming year and the only advice I can give you is make sure you follow a guideline of what you want and dont want to happen. You must look at your calender and look at what you did last year and how you can make sure that all the things you did were good. Its kind of looking at what were your strengths and weaknesses and how effective you plan to fix them or improve on them.
